In the current Economic Climate it was decided that there were many synergies between the 2 companies, all be it that we operate in different market sectors. By sharing Sales, Logistics, IT and Admin function it is our belief that we will be able to take the best from both companies, which will ultimately lead to increased sales and service levels to all our customers.
